• Prorated Refund: If the subscription is canceled within 5 days, you will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of the subscription.
• No Refunds After 5 Days: Refunds will not be provided after the 5-day period unless there is a service failure or defect.

Free Trials

If you are using a free trial that converts to a paid subscription, no refunds will be issued unless:

• You cancel the subscription within 5 days of the trial ending and have not yet been billed.
• If you were not clearly notified of the transition to a paid subscription, you may be eligible for a refund.

Refunds may also be requested if:

• Service Failure: The service was unavailable or malfunctioned during the specified period.
• Dissatisfaction: If the service does not meet the advertised description or quality, a refund will be offered within the 5-day window.
